The receptionist did not email my receipt as requested and the service technician did not clear the tire monitor system fault! I’m questioning if he even rotated the tires because the fault stayed the same with the back rear drivers side tire.

Oil changes have always been a pleasant experience and my last 2 I have done the online scheduling and loved it!

The response time and interaction with the dealer representative were very good. Negotiations with a trade-in was also fair and well received. Since we bought a demo, I was not satisfied at all. The interior had food stains that were not cleaned up in at least three locations. The vehicle had 6200 miles on it and never had the oil changed or tires rotated. The prep on the dealer delivery was poor at best. The paperwork was all smooth and as expected. The part that I never like, when the dealer offers extended warranties that add $5k to the price. This is never well received and should be discussed earlier than final signing.

I arrived at the dealership and was greeted with smiles. They explained what would be done and how long it would take. I waited in their nice waiting area where they had coffee (free) and popcorn. Th only thing that would have been great is if they had a vending machine in the waiting area. My car had what needed to be done finished in the exact time I was told. Very good people at Coughlin London Ohio.

Had a tow truck drop my truck off with two flat tires on a Saturday night. On Monday morning, received a call by 8:45 letting me know two new tires were needed. Tires were ordered, picked up and installed by 3:00 PM in the afternoon. Chris in service is on top of the service game!! Would recommend Coughlin for all GM service!!

Mike Keener made sure I was comfortable as a first-time car buyer. Signing papers was a little scary for me, as I had a lot of questions about what I was signing. At times I felt like I needed to sign without questions but overall it worked out.

I ordered my vehicle online and the process was so easy! Mike Keener was my sales representative and we is the BEST! He communicated with me during the entire process and was beyond thorough once the vehicle arrived. He stayed well past closing, on a Saturday, to go over all the bells in whistles in my Surburban High Country. Financing (Ken and Jeremy) was super easy! Dakota in service also deserves a shout out! Brian Conn was very helpful and patient.

Our experience with the dealership was top notch. The only detractor to our overall experience was a couple of Trump supporting customers making unwanted and unsubstantiated comments while watching the TV news in the customer lounge. We felt so uncomfortable, we left the lounge and sat on the showroom. The dealership associates were sincerely sorry for our experiences. We are still very satisfied customers, but wonder why some people think they need to make disturbing comments in a lounge full of people who are just there to get their vehicle serviced. Being. a free country, we left the room… but wondered why some people can be so mean spirited.

Great service as always

My service writer Caleb always goes above and beyond for his clients. The communication he provides is great, and never an issue. The dealership needs to realize that he does a wonderful job. Sometimes companies don't realize what type of employees they have. Well Coughlin has a good employee! Give this man a raise!

I drive out from Columbus because that's where my Equinox was purchased...but the more important reason is because I trust Caleb completely. I know he will advise me and carry out the work that needs to be done without tacking on unnecessary costs

I’m very happy with Coughlin’s service department, I arrived for my appointment and was greeted promptly by a friendly service advisor that got the process moving quickly, the work was done quickly and I was back on the road.

Had my truck in for oil change, fuel filter and I ask them to fill up the tires. It has been cold and they lost air pressure. When I picked up the vehicle the air had not been added to the tires. Certainly not up to their usual high standards. Have always been very happy with their service. So just a little disappointed.

Ive been dealing with Couglin (Keener) since 2019 just purchased my 4th vehicle and wouldn't go anywhere else for a vehicle!!

Caleb and the service guys were great .... However i am slightly upset . While waiting a gentlemen that i believe was in the finance dept walked buy . One of the most handsomest ( if thats a word) men ive ever seen . I went home and fought with my wife because i may be a homosexual . If you get a chance stop in and see this specimen . Think his name is Jeremy but prob could be Sunshine

Wasn't happy . Two hours for an oil change is kinda crazy.

Service completed on time and within quoted price.

Came in for an oil change on my Sierra 3500. Told the service rep I was going next door for breakfast while the oil was being changed. Service rep drove me to the restaurant where I was going to have breakfast. Service above and beyond. Truck was done a short time after I returned to the dealership. Will use Coughlin service again.

Dealership was awesome to work with. Warranty program not so much. I haven’t put 40k miles on the truck and at 61k the module goes bad. Of course the part wasn’t covered by any warranty. I even have the extended warranty. Even though before I hit 60k on the truck it was in the shop for the same issue and the mechanics couldn’t replicate the issue once unplugging every module and plugging them back in. Kinda wish GM would stand behind their shops and make things right.

Chris and caleb Goes above and beyond great service advisors they made things happen where I can get my truck back because I wasn’t able to make it there on time before the service department closed and jason Smith is the best car salesman an aftermarket guy. If you need a truck I would definitely see Jason. I would definitely request Caleb or Chris as service advisors.

Jimmy Zornes in the body shop was excellent with communication and trying to get my car fixed at a fair price. I do need to return in a week to have scratches buffed out.

The customer service was top notch. Both service techs working the intake desk were great. I explained my problem and made a statement that "I know it's not your problem, but I'm frustrated with the ongoing issues." The service tech replied, "Well it's our problem now." Great response and made me feel like they could empathize with my frustration. My truck was ready the following day and so far, it's working as intended. I will definitely be back.

Staff was very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Brian and the finance department (sorry I can't remember his name) stayed late to make sure we could come to an agreement and get a deal completed.
